2. Project inquiries
You may use the contact form or published email address to ask about a potential project. Provide accurate information you are authorised to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive personal or client information through this form.
Sending an inquiry does not reserve capacity, create a paid engagement, guarantee acceptance or establish a partnership. We may ask for more information to assess the scope and whether the proposed work is suitable.
3. Contracts and payment terms
This website does not accept online payments. It has no checkout, subscription purchase or payment-card fields. All payment-related conditions are set out in the corresponding written contract, including the agreed scope, deliverables, fees, currency, milestones and payment arrangements.
Cancellation, project termination and any applicable refund provisions are also agreed in that contract. These website terms do not create a separate refund policy for work that has not been contracted, and do not restrict mandatory rights under applicable law.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use the inquiry form for spam or unlawful activity. You are responsible for being authorised to share the material included in your inquiry.

Project commitments, delivery dates and responsibilities are confirmed in the applicable agreement; descriptions on this website are not a substitute for that agreement.
